Help Needed in California
« on: July 28, 2010, 01:01:06 PM »
Is there anyone on this forum that lives near

Belt Drives Ltd
5500 E La Palma Ave
Anaheim, CA 92807

714-693-1313

I am in need of some replacement forward control parts and they are very difficult to deal with, they will only take fax orders.  And I sent an email to them a week ago and I have received the information I require.

I was hoping that if someone on the area could stop in at their facilities and get the information for me and or even purchase the parts I need, I would be willing to forward the cost to that person up front.  Living halfway across the continent sucks #$%* when this happens.

Their website sucks, I need a part number for the right-side brake lever.  The website shows the left-side shift lever with part number, but no where can you find a reference number for the other side.  The photo leading to the components shows the right-side lever, but it's not in the list.

You can't buy from the website, only by faxed order with provided credit card information.  I called and left a message, emailed with the request for information, and faxed for the same information, all a week ago with no response other than an automated we'll get back to you as soon as we can reply.

All I need is the part number for the rightside brake lever and I can fax in an order, or based on the response track record I would like to find someone in the area purchase the parts in person at their order desk and then ship them to my address.  I would be willing to forward the cash to that person up front.
