Allright, since i couldn't even find anyone that has actually used one of these... and i cant afford Kerker's. I broke down and bought it. For the price i think its great, so here is some info for anyone interested. First off this is made for the newer Kerker's that are 2.5" at the collector. might be able to modify it for the older 2" systems although i ha vent gotten that far yet! mine is the 2" and sure as #$%* i got it stuck in the can. stuck good, and my can isn't coming off either. so ill deal with it for the moment. crc2 online shows the baffle wrapped in glass, i bought mine from mac and it does not come that way. maybe crc2 does this themselves but mine came like this
its supposed to be a competition baffle, its got an 1.25" ish opening. and i will say even though it doesn't fit right in my pipe. the sucker sounds pretty good, its loud and i still set off car alarms but its got a good tone to it. i think it would sound a little better wrapped in glass, but hey I'm poor! here is the fit in the older kerker. obviously it doesn't fit right but it works for now...
crc2 told me that these fit all kerker megaphones. bull#$%*. at least mac told me they were not sure, i notified all of them that this is not for older systems... but nobody seemed to care. so screw em! but all in all id call this a great replacement for the price! any Q's

That's funny, I just put a kerker baffle in a Mac pipe on my CB400f! I did have to turn the inner collar of the baffle down a bit on my grinder to get it in flush with the end of the pipe. Looks mean and is wrapped with glass, but I haven't started it up yet. Mine's the 2" pipe, so it will probably be a bit loud...
