Pictures in threads

How do you guys get pictures to come up in your threads.  I want to do this but have no clue.  I even searched the forum and found nothing.  Do I have to have the pictures posted on a website and link that to the thread?  Very confused  ???

When you are posting go to 'Additional Options' and attach: then you can browse your PC for pictures

You can also point to externally hosted pictures using "Insert Image" - it's the one with the picture frame icon.

There's a FAQ somewhere called "How do I post Pictures to this Site" or something equally obscure   8)

Take your pics then re-size them using Photo-shop. If you don't have it go to a shareware site and download. Then create an account in photobucket.com. and upload the pics. You can then link your postings to the Photobucket site. Copy the link that starts (IMG). Good luck.
