Some progress to report.  Denis has the 750 frame for mockup.  The build of the new frame should start around the middle of March.  In addition to the frame for the 550 racer (Speed Pony), I am also having a 2nd frame made for a 750.

I'm not really a Honda guy, but my race partner and I acquired a frame yesterday you guys might find interesting. I spoke with Denis Curtis this morning and this is #3 of the 5 he built. It is, except for the rust, as it left his shop. I don't believe it has ever had a mounting tab welded to it. Denis sounds like a great guy and he was very helpful, just thought we'd share.

Denis thinks it may be the one that was built for a customer in the US, he's going to look into it. This frame really has no history, as near as I can tell it has never had any work done towards assembly since new.

I know Denis kept a record of the serial numbers.  It doesn't look like it was ever used, nice find.  What are you planning on doing with it?

Mind my asking how you got your clutches on TG's frame?  ;D  ;)

If you're not a Honda guy what have you got planned for it?.......... He asks tongue in cheek.

My partner has a bunch of SOHC 750 stuff, and we have friends and contacts who are vintage Honda guys. It looks like it will be a race bike. We race Yamaha 2 strokes, and found the frame on craigslist.

Would it be sacrilege if I put one of my H2 lumps in it?  ;D
