from 4-2 open to 4-1 - any concerns?

title says it all.  a 1975 cb750k. should i worry need to make changes in jetting or air to suit the switch from open 4-2 pipes to a 4-1. currently the 4-1 has no baffle thought i  would build a little glass one.
