My 81 CB750 Custom
« on: August 09, 2010, 08:41:34 PM »
Here's some pictures of my 1981 Honda CB750 Custom. I have been working on it for the last 3 years, and recently did this little photo shoot. Let me know what you think. :)

Thanks!  ;D   I contemplated going with a blue (like the older ford explorers) or orange, but the orange was out as soon as I got my K4  ;D

It rides great. The drag bars have a good feel. That was one of the first mods I ever did to the bike. After we got the rearsets done, it was a thousand times better. everything just feels more proportionate now and more comfortable. I ride the bike quite a bit when the weather is nice and I think clip ons would have been a bit of a stretch for me personally.

That looks like a very nice paint job!  It goes well with the era of that bike.

I also have an 1981 CB750, but mine is the K model and has a Vetter on it.  That fairing looks big, but it sure makes for a nice touring set-up, and it also is from the same era.

My brother has a 1980 CB750K that he's been working on for a while now and its getting near finished. I basically have a K model with the 750C body work! haha. It seems like those fairings were a common ad-on back in the day. My K4 had one and so did my brothers 750K. Your CB750 looks to be in nice condition. :)

PS: I love your 350 Four. Very cool, Rare, bike.
