"WE CAN ONLY TITLE CARS UP TO 1974
at this time, we hope to be able to do all vehicles up to
1990 again within a month or so. Please Check back! "

If you're going to put the K1 (71) engine in an F2 (78) frame -
the easiest way will be to transplant the whole rear end.
Swingarm, wheel, spacers - everything.

The swingarm will fit so it shouldn't be a problem

If you want to use the F2 rear wheel you will have to pack the drive spocket out to suit the rear sprocket alignment

The shock mount locations are different for all the different swingarm types - so i assume the shocks would be different lengths too - not sure

hope this helps
CB750 K1 - undergoing restoration (on hold)
CB750 K2 - Wanted - More time to work on her
CB1300S - the most awesome bike i've owned yet
Z1000 1977 - Wanted - a head in rebuildable condition

Well, according to the guy that has the frame, it's a SOHC. It's date of mfg. is '77. The VIN indicates a K model. So, I am guessing this will make a difference. The VIN is 1978 CB 750K #2828237

See, here's my problem... I dont have a bill of sale for my 750F. I bought my 750K with a title and the 750F without one. The guy said that he lost the title. Will Broadway still work without a bill of sale saying I bought the bike, or am I reading wrong? IS there an easier way, or am I destined to have to find a frame with a title? Thanks!

...Broadway nor ITS require any proof of purchase.  My assumption is they do a check on the VIN# to make sure its not stolen.  And as I said Broadway on only does bikes up to 74...

All right everyone, probably a silly question...

Does at 78 750F frame work with 77 750F components? I would think it would..

...someone chime in if not, but yes I think the 77/78 parts are all 98% compatable...
