Topic: Will an 18 inch 350 wheel @ rotor fit on a 75 cb550?

my stock 75 550 has a 19 inch front wheel, and 18 on the back. I wanted to put firestone 18's (not available in 19's) on this bike. Will a cb350f front wheel fit (or any other sohc 4 18 in wheels for that matter).

Tried to seach, but didn't come up with anything.

CB350F fork leg spacing is narrower than on the 550, and disc is smaller diameter.  Perhaps with some custom spacers you could substitute the 550 axle, then you would need to figure out how to reposition the brake caliper.
