Jr. and Sr. would have been out of business years ago (or at least not doing anywhere near as well) had it not been for the chopper hype that the Discovery channel latched onto with Jesse James. The only entertaining part of the show, originally, was Mikey. He was hilarious, but in the beginning he also wanted nothing to do with the family business.
I just saw the promo for the Jr. vs. Sr. show for the first time tonight, and the first thing it reminded me of was the Flavor Flav/ Bridgitte Nielsen "Flavor of Love" show that was a contrived spin-off of another crap "reality" show called "The Surreal Life".
It's #$%* born of #$%*, and nothing good will ever come of it.
