So far, every biker I've seen on the rode has given me the wave it's those damn little sissy scooter rider who are the real snobs for some strange reason, so I stopped waving at them! Let's not hate, we all have a common enemy, morons on their cell phones, young drivers and old ones.

To answer the other questions about what it is... like a few already mentioned, it's a Honda Ruckus.
Some nice things about owning a Ruckus (or scooter) is;
that I only need to register it once every three years,
I don't need insurance,
I'm not required to wear a helmet, even though Michigan is a helmet state,
and it'll get close to 100 mpg.
My girlfriend and I both got one at the same time. We ride together when we can. When I'm alone on my Ruckus, other bikers become stuck up and rarely wave. But when I'm with my girlfriend, they kind of seem jealous.
