Topic: What do you think, is it really the deal the seller says it is?

My local paper has a craigslist type website and I found this on it.

I swear I recognize a bunch of that stuff, and if most of it is functional I'm pretty sure it would be easy to make the $500 investment back and then some. Anyone have any thoughts, experience with this sort of thing?

A cycle salvage business doesn't want to sort it out to make "$10K"? You know the market for used electrical components as well as anybody. But who knows maybe a lot of sandcast gauges in there.

I think if you know your parts you could do OK. But if you have to research every part to try to figure out what bike it is for, it could take some serious time.

Thanks for the input guys, I'll keep an eye on it and see if they lower the price at all, or send them an email and just see. It always cracks me up when someone says "This is work thousands but I'll sell it to you for 1/20th that value!"
