There's a ported head for sale locally.
Would it do anything for a stock 750K3?
I think he opened it up the intake side little bit beyond stock (what are the stock diameters, anyway)?

Porting is probably the single best upgrade IF DONE PROPERLY and COMPLETELY. Otherwise don't bother. Compare some of the pictures posted of Mike Rieck's head work to the head you are referring to then decide.
