help me read these plugs

need help diagnosing the condition of these plugs. Pods, 4-1, 76cb750f. What do you think?
Plug order #4-1, left to right first pic. Second pic is #1-4.

Rich, less on no2 but still way to dark for optimum running
In the UK anything over 40 years old only needs insurance and Fuel.

did a rushed sync job so need to be resynced but arent too far off.

at what throttle position was the cutout for these pics?

'78 750K (F3 engine) PD42b's, Modified airbox w/K&N  filter, 40/110 jets, 1 needle shim, IMS@ 1 turn out. Kerker + Cone 18" QuietCore

Sorry I should have mentioned, these were pulled from the motor 2000 miles after a fresh top end (1mm over) and carb rebuild. Not a proper plug chop situation.

Looks like lots of idling, too much choke operation, engine never/seldom getting to operating temperature, filter clogged/restrictive, or the pilot adjust, Slide needle, or main jet may be too rich.
Emulsion tubes could be clogged or the air jet circuit restrictive.

There isn't a lot of point in trying to read anything much from them without doing a proper running temp plug chop.
Just pulling them out and having  look is for when you are trying to work out why it's not running - I.E. Wet/Dry/Oiled/worn out/gap etc
