size of frame and tank question

Hey- Does anyone know if the size of the frame is the same on the 1977 550f as it is on the  1978 550k? Is the tank the same on the two bikes? Thanks :)

Frame should be identical. Tank is probably a bit different like the 750s are.

Not 100% but I think the tanks are interchangeable and will fit, the complicated part is that you need the same year seat for the two to fit together correctly.
