The stuck clutch (if I understand what you mean) is not a big deal. I think you mean that the clutch won't disengage. You pull the clutch, pop it into gear and the bike dies. If that's so, you can usually "un-stick" it by starting the bike - warm it up. Then push the bike (I like to roll down a driveway) to get enough speed so you can shift into first gear. Once in first gear, hold the clutch in and accelerate and decelerate hard. It usually takes only a couple cycles of this to un-stick a clutch that's been sitting for years.
