Hondaman ignition on CB450 which wires to coils?
« on: August 24, 2010, 05:59:17 AM »
I am installing Hondaman on my CB450, I have all the wires accounted for, except orange and purple. I know they go to the coils, just which one to which side?

Here are Mark's instruction sheets - I can't say it any better.
VERY pleased with the results on my 450....

Once you get it hooked up, just open/close the points manually and observe the spark plugs to be sure left is actually left, etc.

Glad to help - let's see some more photos of your bike.
Glad to see I'm not the only one who has abandoned spokes on a 450.
What sort of wheels are they?? Forks?? Details, please.
Here's mine - I didn't cafe, went sort of Street Tracker with it.....
