Vintage Motorcycle Show New York
« on: August 08, 2010, 10:58:14 AM »
Anyone ever go to this, looks like it could be pretty cool. I live just down the street, so I'll be there. Free beer and BBQ was all they had to say!

I haven't been there before, but it definitely looks interesting. I'll probably go although I don't think my bike will be on the road by then. But that means I can buy stuff from vendors XD

If you can find parking on the street, its actually cheaper to drive in since NJ Transit increased the fare. It's only $8 to get in to Manhattan and then the Brooklyn Bridge is free both ways. I'll take the hassle of finding a parking space to paying ~$24 round trip from Dover(I live in Randolph by the way).

I think this was last years show.  There's a link to pics.  I might go this year.  I'll probably go early and leave early.  Hate wasting a weekend day stuck in NY traffic...

Yeah I think I will take a run down, looks like a good show.

Parking is easy in the neighborhood. No meters to deal with, just park on the street. Also, take the Williamsburg bridge, it's free and much closer.

We should find a way to meet up, I would love to meet some of you guys.

Cheers

Yeah pretty much the same as last year. If you want to get a feel for the event here is a preview for a book of photos I published myself this year about the event.

Today is the day...and nothing but rain all day! I'll be going anyway, just might not stay as long.
