Headers from 1978 CB750F super sport onto a k8 head?

Hi,
I have a cb750k8 head and was wondering if 1978 CB750F super sport exhaust/headers would be compatible?

Should be a direct bolt up to the engine. Might have to fab something for the muffler end though.
