Still in business????
« on: August 28, 2010, 06:30:36 PM »
Anyone know if these guys are still in business?  I think their name is Moretti LTD.  I keep trying their website, but it's been 'updating' for a couple weeks.  They sell seats.

There are other suppliers of seats, or at least seat covers. Was it a complete seat you were after or is yours re-buildable?

I can't help with the foam. I reused mine. It looked ugly but was still firm. I covered it with a layer of 1/4 soft foam and this special cloth liner as instructed by the guy who sold me the seat cover. There are conversations about seat foam on here once in a while and maybe someone will chime in?

My seat cover I got from a guy on ebay who calls himself "gumtwo" and I can highly recommend. Although not inexpensive, his seat cover was really first class. I am very pleased. A bit of a job to do it properly but it turned out really well. I don't have a picture handy, sorry.

If you need seat foam, check out an auto uphostery shop or one of their suppliers. You should find exactly what you want.
