Harley: Kansas City among choices for relocation
« on: August 27, 2010, 04:04:12 PM »

Well Dukie, looks like you'll have to leave Mypos and return home to KC. There'll be HOGs to build... :D

I'm sure they'll probably never leave Milwaukee...they're just posing to get what they want. Which is cheaper workers. >:(

I like my women a little big. Natural. Now, they shave this and wax that. It's not right. I love natural women. Big women. This trend in women has to go. Bulomia, anorexia. That's just wrong. Wherever they can beat the workers a little for more profit. How many Harleys can one country sustain? Somebody needs to quit restoring them throw some away.

They also talked about moving assembly lines to over seas, like India.  Labor is cheap and they can avoid tariff.

Just imagine the backlash hd would get if they moved overseas. At least in the US. Rest of the world probably wouldnt care but I could potentially see that move slicing their sales in half here and driving prices for "US" produced hd through the roof.

I'm just curious here, how many here think the price of a new Harley Davidson would actually go DOWN if the union was eliminatied? And NO, I'm not siding one way or another, at least not publicly with this question, so take it however you like ;)

I suspect the price would stay the same. HD would just pocket the extra.

Yep, prices wouldn't go down a bit.
