Fiberglass Fuel Tank ok to use?

Hi,

I recently bought a CB550 and I'm planning on turning it into a bit of a cafe racer.

I'm thinking of getting a tank and seat from Benjie's Cafe Racer.  If anyone has any experience with his fuel tanks I'd
like to hear what you think of them

Anyway, my question is what do you guys think about a fiberglass fuel tank?
What would be better to go for, a steel tank or fiberglass?

My personal pref would be steel. On the off chance you dump the bike, less of a chance to cause a leak. Fiberglass has been used for years though and as long as it is well constructed, should work just fine.

Be sure to seal a fiberglass tank, ethanol and fiberglass are not friendly neighbors.
