My bike will idle fine sometimes and other times it will die out. Also when i rev it up it takes a few seconds to come back down. My carbs are clean. Also i just noticed that the return throttle cable is missing from my bike but doesnt seem to effect anything the throttle snaps back like it should..do i really need a return cable or can i be safe running without 1,. OH sorry i forgot to mention it is a 1979 honda cm 400 t
