« on: March 21, 2006, 10:12:52 AM »
I am wondering who has websites out there for their bikes?  I am wokring on a project, though it's been on hold for awhile.  My site is http://mybikesnh.tripod.com/.  What other sites are out there?

good question. there are lots of guys on here with websites, but as far as i know the mods don't have a setup for finding them very easily - maybe this thread can spark a new forum category?

i think the only way to find them right now is:
scroll down all the way on the "home" page
click the members list
scroll around looking for somebody's name with a globe icon after it...

kind of laborious...there must be a way we could group them all together in one easily accessible spot...

anyone...?

On each posting, to the left is an icon for the poster's profile page. Click on it, go to their profile page and their web site URL will be there if they have listed it, so that would be two clicks anyway.
We'll all be someone else's PO some day.

yeh. i know... but that's if you happen to be curious about that person's page - i am thinking more of a page where we would have

1.SOHC handle/Name (in that order)
2.link
3.brief (10 word) description of webpage

alphabetized maybe? too much to wish for?

it's up to the Almighty i guess...  ;D

We could do that CB.  It'd be like a FAQ - once sufficient members have posted to this thread.

Problem is (cue Bob Wessner), one of us has to grind through 100+ posts to paste the good bits into a FAQ.

So if you all don't mind, we'll just delete irrelevant chatter from this one and see how it goes.
