http://www.cmsnl.com/

Not cheap (especially their postage), but they usually have most parts

I have a 350f too and found it impossible to find throttle cables for it, david silver and cmsnl dont have them.
I found a seller on ebay who has new genuine sets but he's in germany and doesn't have a price for postage to US but you should email him anyway and ask for a postage price. I bought them myself and they are spot on. Price wasn't too bad either considering they can't be got anywhere else.

Not sure if there's any interchanging parts between the 350T or the 450/450F but www.charlies-place.com sells cables for a bunch of models for pretty cheap. Maybe see what models they sell for and if any of them will fit your bike?

+1. everything that i've needed, he has (except for the damn oil pump cover oring!). or he tells me "honda still sells it" and if you are ever in s.f. check out his shop, guys got more bikes and parts and odd ball art work made out of honda parts... if its not on his sight call him, most of what he carries is motion pro. oh and the "motozilla" statue on his sight is real, about 7' tall and just plain awesome!
