i admit im an i-whore....

but this is overboard...

You know that is not that bad. I bought a android based phone to combine devices. I had a MP3 player, a phone, and a GPS when I took long road trips on the bike. Now I have the one smart phone but it is not that easy to use as a GPS since waterproof bar mounts are not readily available for them. I could see having this thing on my wrist so I can glance down and see my route and you could run the earphones up the sleeve if your phone will do turn by turn navigation.

Sorry some folks actually use their bikes as transportation. I do not just ride on Sunday afternoon when it is nice out and I want to cruise. I ride almost everyday and that includes running parts to customers and vendors. I can carry plenty in saddle bags and the tail pack and I would rather be on the bike than in the work truck. If I have to run stuff to a location I have never been to the GPS does come in handy. It is also nice to actually know where you are going when you are at the end of a 600 mile day and you are looking for the campground you planned on stopping at. I do not know all the roads in the US and while getting lost can be great fun when I am 1800 miles from home with a destination in mind it is not always enjoyable.

I live in a nice neighborhood and this thing drives through it often.  Yes, it says Skittles on the side.

I don't have a motorcycle, sold it ('85 Yamaha Venture Royale).  Haven't had a CB750 for over 40 years.

The political section has gone? That's a bit "Politically Correct", wouldn't you think?  ::)
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

I quit drinking a few years ago.  This weekend I rode my XL to a house warming party.  Since I don't drink, I was kinda bored and eyeing up the path to the front door.  It was a near perfect entry and then exit to the deck; all except that the front door had a giant pane of glass and was a bit narrow.  I like the people who threw the party so I opted to not do it for fear of breaking the glass door.  My buddy and I got a good laugh out of the idea, though.  Maybe a few years ago I might have done it.  Good times. ;)

I guess that I had a brush with doing something bad ass.  But I didn't do it so that makes me not a bad ass.
