I'm getting my 1976 CB750F ready for assembly now, I got mine a couple of weeks after you got yours. You have really raised the bar on this one. Mine is not going to be quite as high a standard to this and I have really put a lot into it so I really appreciate what you have done with your vision. Congratulations on such an amazing job!.....any chance of a YouTube video?

Good luck with your 76F. Some people hate them but I have become rather happy with my choice. They can be a challenge at times trying to get parts but that's part of the fun. I am hoping to have tweakin shoot a small video with his gopro here in the next couple of weeks so keep your eye on my thread for any updates.

Great pictures B...  I will see if I can get away this weekend so we can put some more miles on and get a vid of the bike.

Simply awesome Branden! Can't wait to see it and you on the road somewhere about town.

I think this thing should be nominated for BOTM representin' the PNW!

Holy crap, that came out just beautiful.   Looks like a brand new bike...   Subtle, very classy indeed.

Looks like you could park it on a showroom floor and nobody would ever realize it wasn't a new "throwback/vintage" model.

The seat, stitching etc. is just flawless - one of the best cafe styled seats I've ever  seen.   Love the way you left the side covers black.

love the chrome headers/pipes - just enough.   I could go on and on.  Enjoy & congrats.
Yep, I'm the kid that figured out how to put things back together...eventually.

Thanks everyone. I am flattered by the response I have gotten from this bike on this forum and especially on the road. Its amazing how many people are into old bike like this. I know some people don't like the "cafe" look and think everything should be a restoration but I swear even some of those guys have given me props.

Just wanted to add me two cents and echo the praises this bike has been getting.  I'm new to sohc4 and a new owner of a '78CB750F and your bike is an inspiration and belongs in that forum thread.  The bike looks like it could have be stock, like it rolled out of the factory that way, the paint is indeed meticulous and everything fits and flows.  That's why even those who dislike cafe's like your bike, it doesn't look unfinished or modified.  It looks done and done well.

Hey man, Rob (Spicoli at work... haha) has told me about you. Everything on my bike is powder coat except the head and cylinders which I painted with a high temp polyurethane made by PPG aerorspace. Let me know if you need any help, advice, or  parts. Thanks for dropping by my thread!
