CB550 seat swap???

I have a 1975 CB550, I want to make it a cafe racer but not sure if I want a single seat. I've seen the 1975 CB750's and I love the seats, there almost a stock cafe rear end. Is it possible to swap one onto a 550 or are the frames totally different?
