Honda used those little wire spring "C" clamps that are just about impossible to install in the tight confines of the carb stack. The 5.5mm (I think) stock fuel line is tight on the nipple, pretty hard to pull off actually. It also stays flexible for a LONG time in gasoline. Anyway, IMO the clamps are unnecessary, nice if you have them but nothing to fret about if you use the correct fuel line. If you use fuel line that's loose on the nipple, find a clamp to fit. There are tiny gear clamps you can get if you work at it. Honda dealers will get you the OEM clamps but the special pliers to handle them, I've never found.
