Comfy! :o  I have a pad on my seat and it still hurts me somehow.  Maybe I need a slice of diamond plate to keep my jeans from creeping up me crag. ???

This post to me again proves that there are a ( very ) considerable number of Forum members that generally have no interest in riding their bikes more than 5 miles around their n'hoods.. that's cool if thats what yer into.... but don't tell me ( please ) that you can ride that seat long distance, or the bike in unknown tune either, lots of help here to achieve the above, but I realise that's not everyone's thrill.... just don't understand it.

im not kiddin, i ride it on average of 30-40 most days, it doesnt bother be, as you lean forward for the bars, your ass bone, liftfs off the seat, so its not bad at all! and what about unknown tune?

Nice ride, I dig it!

I have no pad on my seat either, suits me just fine.  I can ride 200 mile days thru twisties and highways, with no discomfort at all.  Riding my cafe is actually more comfortable than putting 200 miles on my Superhawk with the stock seat, I have to stop and stretch every hour or so!

thanks!!  i was lucky with how far back you sit, as your ass bones end up in the space where the seat comes up, talk about lucky !!!

No diss OP!... just  (to many) a very uncomfortable looking seat would restrict your riding to short trips and thus the state of tune of your bike would not be a priority... that's all  :)

you can get cheaper by far registration if the bike dosent carry or have provision for a pillion passenger here, the seat has to be 500mm or less and no rear foot pegs,i got my compliance, left the rear pegs off and put the factory full size seat back on.,they attach a "compliance plate" or "modification plate"on the bike, mines under the seat using the rear guard bolt holes, its supposed to be pop riveted somewhere.

Won't the insurance then be null and void if you get in an accident with the "normal" seat on with a passenger?
