How do you change the neutral switch on a CB750 K1

Sorry but my computer crashed along with all my links and info so I'm starting over. I found a case in the garage with a switch but need some help getting it out.

Sorry but my computer crashed along with all my links and info so I'm starting over. I found a case in the garage with a switch but need some help getting it out.
On the outside there is a 6mm bolt, holding a hold down plate that overlaps the switch. Once that is removed it is only there by the friction of an ORing. If you are at case level you can push it outfrom the inside. If still on the outside you can grab it with something, wide jaw pliars i think and wiggle it out.

When reinstalling, put the o-ring up into the hole first, then feed the switch body into it.  If you put the o-ring onto the switch body first, it can make it difficult to get the switch fully mounted and the o-ring might get torn up by the edge of the hole.

OK so I was able to remove the neutral switch from my K1 and the K0 case I have and sadly they both test OK. I checked both with an meter and the ball does switch the switch correctly. The wiring from the switch to the neutral bulb is also OK. I am now at a loss as to why my neutral light will not come on with the bike in neutral.
