77 CB550 REAR HUB AND 75 DRUM

Hi, just wondering if anyone has tried to install a drum brake from a 75 cb550 in a 77 cb550 rear hub? Doesn't seem to Fit...

I have seen two differant types but do not know differance.
'74 "Big Bang" Honda 750K [836].....'76 Honda 550F.....K3 Park Racer!......and a Bomber!............plus plus plus.........

The shoes are the same but the complete plates are different and will not swop as are the hubs.

The complete wheel will swop but you have to play about with spacers as the swingarms were different too
Semi Geriatric ex-Honda mechanic and MOT tester (UK version of annual inspection). Garage full of "projects" mostly 500/4 from pre 73 (no road tax in UK).
