Are we all, here at SOHC4, hypocrites?
« on: September 22, 2010, 08:56:19 AM »
We all love the vintage stuff, yet we interact via this new-fangled interweb.  Shouldn't we be sending each other postcards instead?

Deep thoughts, I know....

I like to refer to the net as "The Intertron". Gives it more of a vintage feel.

My interweb uses a conveyor belt.

And, yes. It does take off.

I only use the natural lube on the muffler belt, myself..

I enter all relevant data about my K6 into my IBM 360 with these. Saving data is no problem as I have a 12" paper tape reader/punch for back up.  I did switch over to Mylar tape because it is easier to clean the grease off when I fail to clean my hands after tuning the K6.

I would have sent my admiration of your excellent computer  earlier but my Vadic VA3400 modem took 1 1/2 hours to download that picture.
