Been lurking around for the last year or so. Decided its finally time to introduce myself and Frankenstein....
My first bike is a 76 Honda Cb750 custom hardtail frame with a 81 GS550L with 6 speed tranny. A good buddy of mine was building this bike for someone else who backed out midway through the project. I went and looked at it with very little thought of actually buying it. Not sure what made me change my mind as it was not even close to being on the road, I wanted a bike that was road worthy already, was a rolling frame with the motor just sitting in it at the time....
I asked about how long it would take to get it on the road and was assured it would be quickly done.........
1 year later due to financial issues finally got it on the road.
Still a work in progress but gets me to and from more often than not....
