Sorry Greg, didn't mean to upset you mate, as you know I am the proud-ish owner of an F2,
Hey, Terry, no sweat. I was just funnin'. I know people say the F's are homely. On top of that, I've got a Windjammer SS on mine. But I don't see anything homely about them. I've had the bike so long (almost 29 years), I am used to it and it is hard to be objective about the way it looks. Too many good memories associated with it.
Sorry about the infidel tag. However, you may be a heretic. The heresy is if the Lord.., er, Soichiro thought the 750s needed oil coolers, he would have created them with coolers. ha ha
Cheers back atcha.
Fair one Greg, but re: the coolers, God (the real Anglo-Saxon one, with the beard, and flowing robes and stuff) came to me in a dream and told me that I had to save all the worlds CB750's, so I started to build a really big Ark, but then he came to me in another dream and said "No, numb-nuts, when I said save them, I meant add something to them that those Japs should have done 30 years ago, and create an oil cooler so efficient (not to mention soooo sexy) that fitment of such cooler will ensure the longevity of my (God's) favourite motorcycle, even for those lardy K8's, and I'll make it a mortal sin if CB750 owning Christians don't buy one, punishable by spending eternity dog-paddling around in super-heated engine oil!"
Man that was a scary dream, anyway, I did what the Lord commanded me, so I'm covered for a whole host of indiscretions before I finally leave my mortal coil to accept my rewards at God's right hand, and point out to him, all those who have sinned against him and not fitted a genuine "Telcool" cooler to their beloved CB750! Cheers, Terry (Gods engineer and stoolie)
