replacement fuel tank
« on: September 27, 2010, 08:52:42 PM »
I did a search for this and didn't find an exact answer. I need a tank for my '75 CB550F because my leaks badly and before I spend a small fortune on evil-bay I wanted to be sure I picked the right one. I read somewhere 74-76 CB550 and CB550F were interchangeable but then I read they weren't elsewhere. Anyone with experience know for sure?

thanks

why not totally strip you tank and see if it can be repaired and use sealer like the por15 kit first.the new tank wont be what you expect either going from ebay.itll have to be painted any way.

NAPA sells gas tank sealer for way less than anybody else.  Kreem is a rip-off.
