Can you ID this seat?

I found this image online and really like the seat.  Anyone know what kind this is or is it a one-off custom?  I was able to figure out that the owner of this bike is registered on this forum but hasn't logged on since 2009.

The bike is a 1979 CB650.

Looks like it could be an Airtech with an upholstery pan.
