Someone own a CB750 chopper in the Fort Worth, Texas area?

I'm down here for a conference and went out to the Stockyards in Ft Worth for my fill of tourist stuff.  As I was coming out of the visitor's center, I caught site of what looked to be a CB750-engined chopper with a wide harley-style tank with twin fillers.  Anyone here own that bike?  I'm staying in Las Colinas, by the way.
