Raised White Letter Spitfires....is there one that will fit an 18" rear wheel?

I have a '76 cb750 with a 19" front wheel and 18" rear wheel.  I want to get the Spitfires with the raised white letters, but have only seen the 18" size with a "front" tire. 

In the pictures...the tread looks the same on the "front" and "rear" tire.  I can't imagine there is too much of a difference between front and rear tires besides tread pattern.

Has anyone been able to find a rear RWL spitfire to fit a 18" wheel?

Does anyone run a "front" spitfire on the rear?

I've been running both but it's my understanding the RWL's are no longer available.

Check Dennis Kirk? I like the look of rwls for a street cruiser, have them on one of my Silverwings.  I've run a "front" tire on the rear but I keep in mind what's there by riding within my limits, which seems to get slower the older I get.  Good luck
