I think they are technically anti-resonance rubbers that sit between the cooling fins on the barrels of my recently acquired and utterly shabby 750/4, but on scraping away the horrible black paint which a previous owner had applied, I find that these rubbers are red rather than the nlack I would expect. Any significance? Or just a bit of old tarting-up? Just that if they are of no consequence then they can go in the bin, but if they have any significance in the tale that itis a Yoshi 810 engine then I could do with knowing.
