were 750 cam sprockets always solid?

just wondering i was perusing the thoughts of hondaman and noticed this picture

it said the one in the middle was a yoshi but mine looked like that when i opened the motor havent gotten to opening my other 78 motor but thought i would see if i had some rare piece of history in my motor

.. Somewhere around 76, they came out with the,

  "Horey Splocket ".. and used it till the end..
