My #3 (from the choke lever) carb's throttle valve doesn't travel freely as the others. Switching the throttle valve to other carbs shows the problem's with the #3 carb. The inside looks as clean and smooth as all the others though. Should I leave it alone, they're 7A-JI's? I'd image the fuel would provider some lubrication to some degree.
