I had a wheel with a similar looking 4-leading shoe brake hub. A friend gave it to me when I bought a FT500 from him. He was moving, and trying to get rid of stuff. He found the wheel in the open desert somewhere near Willow Springs. It still had the 1 into 2 cable and the clip-ons. I sold it about 15 years ago for $150.  :'( :'( :'( I have the clip-ons hanging on the shop wall.
Don't fix it if it ain't broke!
