I'm wondering if anybody use Ustream, or Justin.tv?
If so what are your thought?

I've tried ustream from my iphone and it was a bit jumpy at home with limited upload speeds; worked much better at my office.  We've experimented with ustream for events and it wasn't reliably good enough for us.

You might want to check out twit.tv.  They do their broadcasts on ustream, justin.tv, and Bitgravity.  I find that their justin.tv broadcasts are quite good, and bitgravity does pretty well, though ustream is a bit fiddly and I often get video without audio.

Thanks for the info Glenn. Reason I'm asking is because I always enjoy watching Youtube videos when people are riding their bikes from a POV perspective.
I thought it might be neat if I made a channel where people could watch as I ride my bike home, or to class. I tested it on my Iphone, there is about an eight second delay, but still some what decent while using the Justin.tv app. What are your thoughts?
