Identifying my carbs

My sons carbs needs parts and I want to make sure I order the right parts for the right carbs. The bike is a 1980 cb650 with Comstar rims I put on. Here is a picture of the carb PD number and a picture of the bike.


So are these carbs from a1980 or 1979?
