Aftermarket finned cover for chopper, bobber, or cafe.  I know of no current production models but they were common in the 70's and 80's.  Seen a bunch of them including a chrome one I sold that said SOHC on the side.

Have one on my 750, plus a point cover and clutch cover to match.  As stated there were many cafe, custom items available back in that era, Larry
