CB750k brake grommet dimensions?

I need a front brake grommet for the CB750K4.

Does anyone have the dimensions for this grommet?

Does anyone know where I can order one from?  Cant seem to find one.

First thing I do is go to http://www.cmsnl.com/honda-cb750four_model14344/ and get the part#. Then, armed with the part #, call the Honda dealer and see if it's still available. Amazingly, a LOT of small parts still are.

I think he's refering to the grommet at the fender bracket that holds the brake line where the solid line connects to the flexible line.
