Tools - Hand Impact driver Long Bits
« on: November 12, 2010, 07:47:23 AM »
Does anyone know where I could find replacement bits (long bits) for a hand impact driver?

I need the longer bits to access bolts on clutch covers, etc.  The short bits don't work without scuffing up the actual part.

I had a set, but they were low quality, and the philips heads began to twist ruining the bit.  I don't recall where I bought them from.

I could always make my own, but would like to find some already made.

Thanks!

Correction:  I must have ordered them from Z1 enterprises - http://www.z1enterprises.com/detail.aspx?ID=235

But the metal is softer than the original black / hardened steel short bits.

Snap on. I have phillips bits that are almost 3" long, they are 3/8 drive.
