I'll probably be asking for deposits after Xmas, so keep some coin in the piggy bank wannabridin. Would like to post some results from Terry's tests 1st.

I'm going to go through this thread, and edit an 'interest/confirmed' list into my 1st post. Should get that done shortly.

It will be interesting to see what, if any, carb jetting and setting recommendations come after they get a tryout. Either way you can put me in the confirmed column; deposit or full payment any time you want it.

Consider yourselves added JP & juice. I am not anticipating any great change in the basic kit price I estimated. The 1st jetting results will be from Terry's 750 tests. However, they should give a very good indication of 500/550 requirements. The carbs on my 550 have already been modified, so my own sync, and tune results will add to the knowkedge base as well.

I've updated the list. From the number of 'confirmed / serious interest', the 1st 10 appear spoken for. As I don't want to disappoint anyone later, the 1st order will be for 20 from ITG. So there will likely be some available for you and others, should you decide to move from interested to confirmed.

My "Anti-Pod" goof off engraving. If I get around to doing these clear for you guys they will be 1/8" Lexan, you can either paint it, or we can find some colored stock. I can engrave the aluminum ones also. Just food for thought. If there is to be a name or phrase engraved it will have to be short and when the unit is assembled- only seen along the outside edge.....but on track day..??

Yes I know that I didnt put the mounting holes in it.

Tintop, this is your baby- you get the first (only)? "custom" backplate if you wish.

Wow Frankenstuff, that's great! But it looks like your 1st one was meant for ffjmoore.

I will take you up on the offer though. Just going to have to decide if it will be engraved alloy, clear, or maybe a blue tinted one.

I'll send you one of the extra backplates, so you have a sample with the different carb hole position / sizes.

So for those who wanted to 'individualize' the filter, there's your 1st option.
