Apologies for the delay in replying.  We've had weather good enough for getting some outside home repairs done; so I've been helping out Mom.  However, the salt & snow means the bikes are still hibernating. :(

Would you sell me just 4 stacks?

Yes, but need to know which carbs your running.  Early 750, or PD's?  Price would be $50+ship.

Tintop, I will take one just let me know, Thanks!

immortal check your PM's.

I'd be interested in a set of black stacks, just the stacks, for an early set of 750 carbs.  Let me know the price with shipping to Ca 92630, if you would.

How much is the deposit for a set up for my 750F and how long do you expect the wait to be until you are ready to ship the next round?

I have a question. What holds these on so they dont just fall off the carbs? It looks like it will be heavier then pods or stacks and it attaches to the stock boots. So what keeps it from hanging down and falling off?

Just add a zip tie from the carbs bracket p to the top tube of the motorcycle frame.
You will not have a problem.

If you check the photos of the stacks you will see they have groove that locks in the back plate (& seals it).  The stacks also have slightly thicker walls than stock.  The whole thing including stacks weights less than x4 Pods.  The x4 clamps are more than sufficent to keep everything in place.  Any 'drooping' is caused by the weight of the carbs at the stock intake boots.  In actual fact (on a 750) they should be angling slightly up.  That is why the stock boots, that connect the carbs to the air box, have a 9 degree angle, were they fit into the air box.  I replicated that angle in my stacks, but most carbs have already dropped.  It's why I considered taking the angle out of my stacks.

For those who asked about the next order, it will probably be in later March / early April.  Also I just found out the reason I haven't had a reply.  It's because the Canadian Master Distibutor, who I import through, has been on holidays.  As well my contact at ITG was on holidays, and then went straight to a show.  Should be getting an answer on Monday.

Tintop,  the "next" order we are currently waiting for or the order being placed after that?.   Just wondering if you are talking about the order that is currently filled that we've been waiting on.

Hey TinTop, I was just looking at this again and thought I'd suggest moving maybe a couple of those pics from post #81 up to #1 to better illustrate how things are situated on the CB550.

quick update for those who have deposits in - filters ship tomorrow (Friday), finally!!!  I should get them in about a week.  Then have to drill the back plates, fit stacks, box & ship.  So, all going as planned they should be ready to ship about the 2/3rd of Feb.

That's the good news, the not so good is I have misplaced my list in the move. :(  So the following is what I have reconstructed, and have deposit records for.  If you don't see your name, or your in the wrong list, email me, ASAP.

550 - Mark Ellingsworth / Phil Martin / Micheal Taylor / should be one more??
750 (early) Scott Bakker / David Chance / Kyle Winder / David Altman
750 (PD's) Grant Hancock / Robert Fenton Haag

70CB750 & hapakev - if you want just stacks let my know ASAP, and I can get them tagged onto the current stack run.

Thanks to everyone for your patience's - Brian / tintop

Scott Bakker - yup, looks good!  I assume you'll send a paypal request for the difference before you ship?  Or would you rather I just paypal the difference now?
