saw that episode. very funny! worth a watch

here in New York loud pipes bring attempts at new laws which give the police broader powers to fight noise
exempt with old bikes, but it doesn't mean you won't get some rookie cop or moto hating officer detaining you as long as he wants while you explain to him bikes from 1976 don't have an epa sticker on the exhaust and thus they are exempt from this law

nice shark!

in the lovely state of california, where you can buy pot over the counter, and even out of #$%*ing vending machines ;D... it is illegal to change your exhaust. i have gotten this ticket, no noise violation as i was with in the limit... so he gave me a fix it ticket for "modified exhaust". you should have seen the steam coming out of my ears, i tried to fight it and lost. i said the stock exhaust had rotted away, judge said i have to replace with factory muffler, i said i couldnt afford such luxurys, he said i shouldnt have bought the car if i couldnt afford to maintain it. so, that being said i have a kerker 4-1 with half a baffle and no end cap... and i watch my p's and q's. all it takes is one cop that hasnt gotten laid in a year to ruin my day. she is loud and im sure i piss people off. tuff #$%*. i guess my mom didnt breast feed me or something ;)

Yep, its a shark. It took hours to get it right on another boards  where I used the name salmonshark. The spacing changes between signature space and post, so I had to modify it and repost over and over and over for a couple hours.

Since it took hours to fiddle with it I just use it as art elsewhere.

I worked in fishery for a state agency and had some problems with Labor Management corruption. Had to play attorney for a while, have to still do some more.

Learned a  whole lot, like you just can't sue a state in a Federal Court.  You have to have very special circumstances if you do, justto get in. Treaty violations are one of those conditions. I ended up in the Ninth Circuit Appeals, and was continuing to ask for investigations, but at the time  of matters more serious as I was learning more about the higher levels of the state.  Spent a bunch of time trying to get legislators to do something, to no avail. Some of them are now convicts.

Ten months after I asked the appeals court for investigations of a company called VECO that was trying to influence tax  legislation, the FBI sent a team of 70 agents to do he first raid of it's kind on a state's legislature looking for what I had described.  Funny the Attorney General had my brief asking for this , but the bribes continued and were recorded on tape even with my concerns in their hands. A real genuine 'head's up' [their asses] going on there...

When I heard one of the things the FBI was looking for was hats embroideded with "CBC" for "Corrupt Bastard Club" I started this wikipedia article originally called "Corrupt Bastard Club.":

Anyway, salmon fishery was where I worked, and doing the legal BS is where the "shark" part came from, so 'salmonshark' was a moniker I used, and the shark made of punctuations was a way to waste some time.

I'm not really a lawyer though, just a pro-se litigant..anyway, blablabla..
